Our client is a market leading global solutions provider and is seeking a number of experienced customer service representatives for their busy inbound call center.
Job Description
Reporting to the Administration Manager your role will entail the following;
- Managing a high volume of inbound calls
- Dealing with external supplier inquiries
- Answering members information requests
- The ability to handle customer complaints where required
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should come with previous experience in a call center environment. Will be professionally presented with great verbal communication. Strong computing skills with be an advantage.
