Position Requirements:

Able to handle multiple customer accounts in a professional, timely, and efficient manner.
Excellent experience and knowledge in all Microsoft Programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, excellent data entry
Able to multi-task and provide efficient reports and databases for the company
Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times
Handle heavy inbound customer calls as well as heavy outbound calls to provide excellent customer service for company vendors and clientele
Enter customer and vendor orders, handle all customer and vendor invoicing, track and maintain all vendor and customer orders.
Print Production industry experience is a Plus
Be able to work well within a small team environment
