AAMCO is currently seeking a talented sales professional, who seeks personal and career growth, for a high profile position responsible for sales, store management and customer service at the AAMCO center in the Pueblo, CO area. Qualified candidates must have exceptional phone skills, possess strong customer handling skills, and be a self-motivated individual who can create and thrive in an environment of non-negotiable integrity.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of automotive, sales or management experience.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Honest, goal-oriented and energetic team player with excellent communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have valid driver’s license

The ideal Customer Service Manager will also possess:
• Experience managing at least 2 automotive technicians
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an automotive technician or automotive service manager
• Proven sales experience
