Customer Service Manager – SME Banking, Consumer Banking recruitment
Reporting directly to the Head of SME Banking Operations, your responsibilities include:
- Supervise the daily operations and ensure compliance with laid down policies and regulations so as to prevent frauds and losses
- Review procedures and systems
- Manage relationships with key internal departments and external bodies
- Undertake responsibilities as the Department Continuity Co-ordinator for Business Continuity Planning
- Handle Anti-Money Laundering through facilitating and/ or support the Bank's efforts in combating money laundering and terrorism financing activities
- Perform the role of Unit Operational Risk Manager where you assist the Business Unit Head in implementing an effective operaitonal risk management assurance framework within the business unit to ensure operational risks and controls are being managed.
- Ensure proper functioning of dat to day controls, periodic monitoring activities, and timely identification and resolution of risk issues
Job Requirements:
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Consumer Banking Operations for SMEs
- Exposure to operational risk management
- Experience in managing a team
- Strong ability in resolving issues and has an eye for details
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and independent
