Working within the Asia Pacific campus recruitment team, you will facilitate the successful placement of first-class graduates into the bank. This presents an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional to be part of the growth of a global company and brand across the region.
Reporting to the Head of Campus Recruitment based in HK you will conduct effective screening and interviews by using structured assessment tools and techniques, maintain close working relationships with both internal customers and external parties, promote an effective employer brand to potential candidates, as well as potentially undertake travel within the Asia Pacific region for PR and recruitment purposes. You will possess the initiative and creativity to develop the campus function and recruitment plans as well as work with top class universities around the globe.
Our client seeks an outstanding individual. The successful candidate will be degree qualified with a strong track record working within the recruitment field, preferably with exposure to campus recruitment. You must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and communicate with all levels of management. Fluency in English is essential. Banking sector experience will be looked upon favorably as will Asian languages.
