With a focus on customer experience, traditional, Digital and multi channel technologies these vacancies, dependent on your experience, will lead teams, define and advise on offerings and deliver solutions to help clients navigate the modern commercial landscape and deliver better service to their customers.
With experience in a consulting capacity you will have a strong grasp of customer services practice and the digital/multi-channel space and related technologies and processes and be comfortable advising to ‘C’ level on delivery and transformation of innovative customer centric service solutions. Working closely with clients you will have strong stakeholder management skills and take a strategic role in delivery and ongoing services.
