Customer Service Rep
An international market leader in retail banking is looking to expand their busy team in Leeds. Due to significant growth they are currently looking to fill multiple available positions. These positions are part time.
In this job you will act as a representative of the company processing requests, helping with enquiries and advising customers to make informed decisions.
We are looking for people who are passionate about customer service, with a minimum of one years experience in a customer-focussed role. To be considered you will also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, additionally competency in a telephony-based roles would be considered a bonus.
