Description

Responsibilities may include researching and responding to unit holder and broker inquiries via the telephone and/or written correspondence. Additionally, may also receive, sort, log and responding to all incoming mail to the Customer Service Department. Process all mail returned by the postal authorities, and respond to items related to address changes, non-receipt of checks, and the re-issuance of checks mutilated during processing. In addition, undertake additional duties as assigned. Preferred Customer Service or similar experience in banking industry.

Qualifications

College Degree preferred, but not required. PC Skills (knowledge of Microsoft Products). Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work in a team environment. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
