We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Client in the Bay Area. Primary function of this role is to consult with Customers. The ideal Candidate will develop strategies, posses good interpersonal, organizational communication skills. Functions of this position: Enter new customer data, create customer quotes and follow up with customers throughout process. The Candidate will work with the production and provide status updates.

High Tech Environment/Experience
Knowledge of RMA's
Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word proficient in Excel and SAP
