Junior Project Manager – Excellent career development opportunity!
Sportingbet are going through an unprecedented period of growth and have a number of newly created opportunities to work in an agile, full development lifecycle environment.
We have an exciting role for a bright, well organised individual with project management / PMO skills to join us as a Project Manager. You will be working very closely with a Senior PM to manage the end to end process of the development and delivery of our online gaming products ensuring on time and on budget delivery, utilising both internal and external resources.
Acting as the “communications hub” for the project, you will be responsible for helping to create high level project plans and cost estimates, scheduling projects based on targets and resource availability, managing progress reports, issue and risk management as a well as supporting change control.
With a passion for project management, you will be an engaging and confident communicator with demonstrable project support/PMO skills gained within a high tech organisation, such as a bluechip software consultancy or online firm. Key requirements include -
· Knowledge of online technologies such as e-commerce
· Experience of the full software development life cycle – demonstrable experience of working on software development projects is a “must have”
· Appreciation of industry standard project management methodologies, Waterfall Agile
· Exposure to working with third party software suppliers
· First rate organizational skills with proven ability to plan problem solve
· Exposure to Online Poker Casino Bingo environment advantageous
