Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Call Center Representative in Towson, MD.
Earn $10 to $12 per hour at this full-time, temporary position. Work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Job Description:
- Answer high volume inbound calls
- Place outbound calls to employers
- Enter candidate profile information into database
- Provides high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, customer requests and problems.
- Researches and resolves problems and errors.
- Respond to the needs of internal personnel on appropriate processing procedures, problem solving issues, administrative tasks, etc. Perform (limited) system entries.
- Assist in the training of new staff members.
- Perform other assignments as requested.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to Multi-task
- Clean criminal background
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
