Customer Service Representative, Global CS Job in Santa Clara, California Us

We are growing! And with that growth, we are in search of successful and dynamic CSR candidates to help support our Santa Clara area Global CS Center. The successful candidate will provide superior customer service over the phone and will provide work as a team with one shared mission, quality!  They will also provide support to newly hired CSRs to ensure they successfully transition to their teams. The ideal candidate is committed to excellence and has a strong desire to progress through the organization, ultimately working towards and promoting to a Tier 3 Agent role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take track inbound customer calls
• Multitask utilizing a variety of tools on a single call to resolve customer concerns and issues
• Serve as resource for other CSRs for general customer service questions through participation in team chat, and participating in team meetings
• Provide additional floor support for new hires
• Adhere to schedule, flexible to working various schedules based on business needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, consistently drives positive customer experiences in a non-scripted environment
• Strong knowledge of customer service resources/tools and Netflix products, as well as a basic understanding of personal computer architecture and home networks
• Record of strong performance
• Receptive to and able to appropriately incorporate feedback to continuously improve
• Understanding of and ability to articulate call center expectations/objectives
• Strong oral/written communications skills
• Must be poised, with a demonstrated ability to navigate challenging customers, high volume and rapid change
• Strong computer application skills including MS Windows, MS Word, MS Communicator, MS Outlook, and knowledge of such devices as Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and the Wii
