Rental Coordinator / Customer Service Representative must have the following skills:
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills on the phone and in person.
- Co-ordinate customers orders including on time delivery and equipment condition.
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with sales force and communicate sales/rental leads and opportunities.
- Control equipment inventory.
- Follow Hertz procedures and use good judgement where required.
- Maintain information records as required.
- Ability to work in a multi branch environment.
Experience/Skills :
- Customer service and sales experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license and excellent driving record
- Strong background working with computers.(Excel, Word and Rentalman)
- Positive and enthusiastic outlook.
