Fast paced, athletic apparel manufacturer and distributor in need of a service driven, computer savvy, reliable, experienced customer service representative for a growing department servicing thousands of teams and organizations across the country.
Main job tasks and responsibilities
- Field incoming customer service/sales inquiries and complaints by phone and email
- Report all sales opportunities and recurring issues using Microsoft CRM tracking software
- Enter orders using Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains
- Purchase goods and production materials from partner vendors
- Sell product over the phone to prospective clients using a thorough knowledge of our product
- Be a leader within a small customer service team exemplifying professionalism and efficiency
Education and Experience
- Previous experience with a customer service centric organization
- Knowledge of athletic apparel sales market preferred
- Interest in collegiate and professional sports and/or apparel
Key Competencies
- Computer savvy with Microsoft windows format
- Moderate to fast typing skills
- Fluent knowledge of Microsoft outlook, excel and word
- Detail oriented personality and work ethic
- Fast, self motivated learner
- Customer empathetic
