Customer Service Representative Job in Fountain Valley 92708, California US
Part time hours: Monday 12-6pm; Tuesday 2-6pm;
Wednesday 2-6-pm; Thursday 2-6pm; Friday 9-6pm;
Saturday 8-12pm
• Greet customers and check-in vehicles when appropriate
• Maintain continuous communication and contact with customers
throughout the repair process
• Communicate detailed repair plan and realistic timeframe for delivery
• Manage interaction with insurance carriers and car rental companies
• Maintain customer files, i.e. document activity notes
• Ensure vehicle is ready for delivery
• Deliver vehicle to customers and resale completed repairs
• Prepare timely and accurate final billing
• Maintain a positive, friendly, clean work environment
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-2 years applicable experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• Good organizational skills, time management and detail oriented
• Team player and positive attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Energetic, self-motivated and dependable
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Basic understanding of estimating systems a plus
• Excellent telephone, oral and written communication skills
