Position:              TicketProcessing Coordinator

Schedule:            Monday– Friday, 10:00am – 7:00pm    

Reports to:         ServiceOperations Manager

Coordinator Responsibilities:

Ø  Track the progress of Service requests for customers with service providers (Dealers,Contractors and Technicians)

Ø  Communicate with Service Providers to assure jobs are scheduled and completed in timelymanner

Ø  Transmit service tickets to various service providers

Ø  Processing of service tickets through completion

Ø  Processing sub-contractor dealer invoices for payment

Ø  Phone support with service providers and company personnel

Ø  Reporting and data entry in Ganesha

Ø  Outbound Customer Survey calls to determine status of service call and customersatisfaction

Ø  Handle inbound calls from customers seeking to be scheduled, technical support andsales

Ø  Scheduling customers for repair appointments

Ø  Additional duties as assigned

Skills Required:

Ø  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ø  Technical knowledge of electronic security systems helpful

Ø  Highly detailed and multi-tasking in a fast paced environment

ØSuperior organization skills
