GENERAL SUMMARY:
Our Skilled Customer Service Representatives exhibit a high degree of competence in driving the customer experience. Our Customer Services Representatives are responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls which consist of customer issues/complaints and answering customer inquiries while ensuring quality and consistency of outstanding customer service. This position requires heavy inbound phone call experience, active listening skills, and tight collaboration with members of the CCA Management Team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Demonstrate urgency by answering customer inquiries in an efficient and productive manner to ensure responses within 4 -- 5 minute resolution time.
•Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers.
•Provide "first time" answers to customer inquiries.
•Strive for continuous improvement through problem identification and resolution.
•Customer satisfaction.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
•Process and respond to customer inquiries, deductions, requirements, complaints, and other needs in a professional and courteous manner IE: shipping errors, entry errors, and product refund complaints.
•Perform any other responsibilities as directed by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:
•Candidates must have prior customer service experience, be outgoing, honest and able to work in a fast paced environment. You should expect to be speaking to customers for 80% of your work shift.
•Must meet CCA's appearance standards, pass a background check and must be able work between the hours of 10a - 8pm.
•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Proficient computer skills (can toggle between systems and multiple screens).
•Proficient Data Entry skills.
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Strong time management skills; can multi-task.
•Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
•Pays attention to detail.
•Pass a Skills Assessment test.

•Flexible (can work in environments on constant change, such as process and procedure changes).
•Strong sense of ownership for work performed.
