Job Description:
Our company is seeking positive, energetic team players to take our business to the next level. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is an important position in our growing company which involves direct contact by phone and email with our key customers world-wide. Your skills and effort will be spent proactively contacting an existing small client base, requesting and managing orders externally, as well as communicating and managing orders internally. This position requires a high degree of multi-tasking, self-managed actions and tracking projects, verbal and written communication skills, computer skills, and contact with our engineering team and your customer base.

Experience:
• Post-Secondary education or equivalent customer service industry work experience.
• Two or more years direct customer service experience.
• Minimum two years of electronics, telecommunications, or engineering experience with key account responsibilities.
• Experience processing vendor requests and work orders, as well as quoting prices

Other Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to communicate effectively work within a fast paced team environment
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills and the ability to successfully interact with staff, management, and a specific customer base to help problem solve while achieve key deliverables
• Ability to manage complex projects, processes and multiple assignments in a timely fashion
• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understand material, and provide instructions to all internal team members and your customer base
• Goal-oriented and capable of meeting targets
• Ability to multi-task
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of Advance Pro would be considered an asset
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
