Description:
The Customer Service Representative will be working for a larger corporation located in Springfield, Missouri. This position will be taking in-bound calls in a call center environment. Schedules can vary and the representative must be able to work 7 days a week, holidays and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities
- Handling volume calls from customers.
- Assist customers with account related questions
- Provide support to customers
- Resolve customer issues
- Able to meet established productivity and quality standards
- Work in a team environment
- Meet required job functions while maintaining individual performance standards
Requirements:
- Must be able to work any shift, this customer is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 2 + years of Customer Service or Sales experience required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent typing and data entry skills are required
- Excellent written communication skills are a must
- Knowledge with general office equipment including Microsoft Office products
- Problem solving, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills required
- Required to work a flexible work schedule
- Required to follow all company policies and procedures

Duration: Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: 12.00 - 13.00 Hourly DOE
