About the Job
Our client is in need of a skilled customer support agent to perform multi-step ordering process that requires the use of web based tools/forms and email. Conduct quality check on orders to verify accuracy and completeness. May need to consult with sales and other departments to gather necessary information/documents. Responsible for order tracking milestones. Maintain consistent adherence to scorecard metrics. Escalate as necessary to ensure performance levels are maintained. Provide status to sales/customer throughout ordering process.
