The role requires you to be taking inbound or outbound calls and speaking to new and existing customers regarding their individual insurance needs. The jobs available include sales, customer services, retention and complaints advisers.
These jobs encompass both sales and customer service skills whichever area of the business you are working in. You should be target driven and have a track record of hitting targets, whether in a professional capacity or within an educational environment. The working environment is fast paced and results orientated and therefore you must be motivated to achieve results consistently. You will be required to provide exceptional customer service while introducing additional services and up-selling additional insurance related products. Candidates should be target motivated and should thrive on sales achievements. .
