A unique opportunity has arisen with one of our prestigious investment clients, for a Customer Service specialist to liaise and manage all levels of queries, questions and correspondence. You will be part of a growing and highly successful investment team, so you will be the first point of contact and have sole responsibility for dealing with telephone queries, emails, written, investors and leads. Along with having autonomy to develop relationships, work closely with internal teams and build strong relationships with high profile clients - this role requires someone who is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer service. You will need to be degree educated and have a professional and diligent work ethic and have experience dealing with volume calls and work in a fast paced environment. Interested?
