- Must be able to work T-S 8am to 5pm or M-F 10am to 7pm
- Handle phone order (average 145 calls/day).
- Respond to inquiries from patients and referral sources
- Demonstrates professional etiquette and courtesy when interfacing with customers.
- Resolves patient/customer complaints by identifying problems and coordinating appropriate corrective action.
- Assesses patient needs and promotes company products and services.
- Complies with and adheres to all regulatory compliance areas, policies and procedures and "best practices".
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a MO Pharmacy Tech License (pd for by Apria)
- Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.
- Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.
- At least two years related experience is required.
- Must be able to type minimum 45 wpm
- Must have solid work history
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a MO Pharmacy Tech License (pd for by Apria)
