Ops Sr. Group Manager Operations Project Manager (CGMI Broker Dealer) Job in New York, New York US
• Minimum of 10 years in Financial Services with direct experience in US Broker Dealer operations with an emphasis on Domestic settlements and the DTC processing life-cycle
• Direct experience with Broadridge implementations and processing management using Broadridge (five years or more preferred). Correspondent Clearing and/or High Frequency Trading experience preferred
• Seasoned / experienced managing a team of direct and matrix resources to drive towards crisp execution and accountability
• Fixed Income product knowledge with understanding of collateral, financing flows and Liquidity Management
• Background in brokerage Operations and change management. Must have managed a team and been accountable for developing performance and enhancing delivery quality
• Strong stakeholder management skills, a client service philosophy, and the ability to build and foster internal relationships
• Proven track record of delivery of operational IT projects, operational process change and improvement is essential
• Knowledge and a technical understanding of securities processing including product, process and system knowledge
• Experience with a global bank's process operational environment
• The candidate should have a thorough working knowledge of project methodology lifecycle
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions
• Ability to lead execution planning sessions with Technology and Operations
• A good knowledge of the techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs and resources
• BS degree required
