Customer Service Supervisor

Ultimately, you will be responsible for guiding the customer service team to ever improving standards and performances through transparent and open leadership. 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading, training and recruiting a customer service team as well as telephone-based and/or customer-facing experience. You must be approachable, supportive, collaborative, strategic and customer focused. Communication skills are imperative but an open, honest, down-to-earth yet driven attitude will fit the company dynamic perfectly. Salary between £20k - £24k depending on experience.
