Contact Centre Partners are delighted to be working with a fantastic customer centric household brand located in the North West that is currently looking for a Customer Service Team Manager.

As the Customer Service Team Manager you will be leading a team of 12-15 inbound advisors who will be delivering excellent levels of service to all customers. The Customer Service Team Manager will be responsible for motivating and mentoring the team to continuously improve performance, call coaching and monitoring, exceeding the set SLA’s and hitting operational KPI’s.

The suitable candidate for this Customer Service Team Manager position will have a background within customer service and have proven strong experience in managing a team within a Call Centre environment. You will be self motivated, be adaptable to change and have strong motivational skills when leading the team within this fast paced customer focused call centre environment.
