Service Delivery Manager/Midlands/Perm/£50-60k plus car, bonus and benefits
One of my most exclusive clients are recruiting, after a period of sustained growth during the economic downturn they are once again looking to grow their established team. This time around they are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to work in their prestigious Midlands based offices.
You will be required to integrate a shared service implementation to cover 3 businesses. To do this you will head up the Service Desk and also work closely with the heads of the 3 businesses to tie up the integration and assist with the day to day running and service that IT provides to this business. You will also be involved in commercial activity and will be assisting the Service Director in the overall delivery and quality of IT to the company’s external clients.
Ideally you will hail from a technical support/infrastructure background as you will be required to engage and present in technical forms, the role however is non-technical and is based around delivery and management. You must have worked in a fast paced, highly pressurised and dynamic environment. If you have worked in a Wintel environment and have experience of ITIL this will aid your application.
For your efforts, you will be rewarded with a salary of £50-60k, receive a company car, a competitive pension and also a discretionary bonus.
