Carolina Textiles is the descendent of an 80 year old family run multi-faceted recycling business originally located in Columbus, Ohio. In 1995, we began operations in Walterboro, South Carolina and have become the largest distributor of wiping cloths in the Southeast. As our business expands, we have an immediate opening for an Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative with the following duties:
ü Make daily calls to customer database
ü Provide customers with product details pricing
ü Respond appropriately to customer service inquiries
ü Research issues requiring further attention and follow up with customers
ü Assist in processing orders accurately efficiently
ü Determine best shipping point routing method for each order
Qualifications
ü A minimum of 1 year Customer Service and/or Inside Sales experience
ü Proficiency in Quickbooks, Internet, MS Office, Outlook
ü Ability to type accurately efficiently
ü Excellent oral/written communication skills
ü Ability to professionally interact with customers
ü Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
ü Attention to detail
ü Strong organization/time management skills
