Are you a highly professional Multilingual Customer Service Advisor with your own transport? Are you immediately available to start work?
I have an excellent job opportunity working for a leading manufacturing company based near Loughborough. You will be working in the HQ for the company alongside a friendly team of people in a busy and fast paced environment.
Main Duties:
* Taking inbound and making outbound calls
* Being the main point of contact for the organisation
* Liaising with clients and consumers in foreign countries
* Dealing with queries and handling accounts
You must be able to speak, write and understand the following languages; Italian, French and Spanish.
Key Skills:
* Be able to speak, write and understand Italian, French and Spanish
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
* Experience within a customer services department is essential
This is a maternity cover and will be starting immediately and last until at least June 2016.
