Customer Services Associate
Our client, a leading Retail Company based in Central London, are looking to recruit a Customer Services Associate to join their inbound telephone team.
If successful, you will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for customers, handling queries ranging from stock issues, order placements and general complaints. Handling in excess of 50 daily inbound calls, it is essential that you have previous telephony experience and a professional telephone manner. You will also be responsible for responding to emails received into the Customer Service Mailbox in a clear and precise manner.
In order to be considered for this position, it is essential that you have previous experience in a client-facing telephony environment and are able to work in a busy environment.
