Hays are representing a large organisation in Rugby who is looking for friendly, enthusiastic and confident individuals with previous experience within a customer service environment. You will be comfortable working in a KPI driven environment and thrive on exceeding targets.
Responsibilities will include:
* Dealing with inbound calls and converting the queries into sales.
* Up-selling to customers.
* Processing sales orders
* Provide the customer with a comprehensive solution to their order through entering all orders before the permitted deadline.
* Checking order progress on a weekly basis
* Daily management of pending orders
* Manage 90% of queries from start through to completion within 48 hours.
Preferred Skills:
* Previous customer service experience, ideally within a call centre environment.
* Good PC knowledge of Outlook.
* Experience using SAP (not essential).
* Experience in query resolution.
* Passionate about providing excellent service.

Working hours are 39 hours a week over Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am and 6.30pm. Suitable candidates will ideally have their own transport.
