Temporary position for 2 years near Frankfurt

Duties and Responsibilities

As part of the customer service team you will deal with all frontline contact with direct clients from Germany. You will need to provide support and information to customers and assist with any issues that might arise.

Day to Day responsibilities will include:

• Meeting agreed standards of customer service for handling customer calls

• Dealing with inbound and outbound calls, your role will focus on outbound calls to existing customers to ensure satisfaction with the quality of service and products and to generate sales opportunities

• Taking ownership of problems, escalating where necessary and seeing them through to their smooth resolution

• Providing concise explanations of products and procedures to clients

• Retaining existing customers by carrying out their requests in a professional, timely and reliable manner

• Interacting with customers in a way that demonstrates genuine respect, diplomacy and tolerance

• Developing knowledge and understanding of products, systems and procedures

Requirements

• Apprenticeship as bank trainee/Bankkaufmann and experience in financial industry is advantageous

• Fluency in German and good English skills

• Excellent MS Office Skills

• Prior experience in customer service position or call centre role is required
