Customer Services Executive

Our client, a leading Tea Manufacturer/Provider based in Central London, are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Executive to improve the service levels and performance of their Customer Service team.

Based in Central London, our client are a fascinating Company, and are well established in their niche field. Due to an increase in both business and exposure, they are now looking to add to their workforce. In this Customer Service role, you will be responsible for processing customer sales orders, handling logistics on sales orders and managing Company credit through the medium of customer phone calls and emails.

Key Competencies

- High level of ability in sales order processing (ideally using Sage), managing process from receipt of order to invoice
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with customers and internally
- Good problem solving ability, able to understand a situation fully through investigation, listening, questioning, then present a customer centred solution
- Organised and efficient at managing time

Key Responsibilities

- Processing sales orders from receipt or order to invoice
- Dealing with any logistics issues related to sales orders
- Processing returns
- First point of contact for customer queries and new business leads by telephone, email and in person
- Managing a portfolio of accounts with the customer service team
- Managing customer credit account status
- Work with Financial Controller to ensure accurate allocation of all payments
- Track and manage supply agreements
- Supporting the sales team by transferring leads and enquiries

Experience Required

- Inbound Customer Service exposure
- Dealing with high volume inbound calls
- Sales order processing
