Customer Services Representative

Our client, a leading Lighting Manufacturer based in the City of London, are looking to recruit a Customer Services Representative to improve the efficiency and level of service offered to their key clients. Based in a small team, you will be responsible for handling in excess of 40 daily inbound enquiries and resolving client queries at the earliest possible opportunity.

The nature of the Customer Service team is not like a stereotypical Contact Centre and there will be a host of other ad-hoc duties to complete as well as handling inbound enquiries. You will also be responsible for taking ownership of client orders, processing all relevant orders and liaising with several separate office departments in order to provide the best possible service to clients.

Due to the large range of products available to clients, it is essential that you have an organised, methodical approach to your work in order to ensure client credibility and success. Ideal (but not essential) industry experience would be a supply chain/purchasing background, and any candidates fluent in either French, Spanish, German or Italian are preferred. Again, an extra language is desired, not essential.
