Customer Services/ Sales Admin

My client a growing travel company in Middlesex are seeking a customer service specialist ideally from a travel company.

You will be responsible for placing enquiries and working within a budget, checking information/ itineraries are accurate and chasing updates, researching new and additional products, negotiating rates and terms and conditions, working within tight deadlines, building strong relationships with suppliers, following up on all supplier contracts and ensuring the database is kept up to date.

To be successful in this job you must be friendly, confident, a team worker and have an outgoing personality, you will be well organised and able to work to tight deadlines. Excellent English skills both verbal and written, German, Dutch or French would be advantageous but not essential.

Relevant experience in tourism or business administration would also be a bonus.
