Programme Director
A Programme Director is required to deliver a large scale regulatory transformation programme within the Financial Crime space.
You will be responsible for ensuring an appropriate Programme management framework is in place, shaping and reviewing programme deliverables. You will manage the programme responsibilities and maintain clear objectives to design and deliver the business's approach to identification, management, governance and oversight of Customer Due Diligence. You will be the key point of contact with the programme manager for the day-to-day management of the interests of the sponsor. You will manage risks to the Programme acting as point of contact with the Financial Crime Manager and/or Work stream Lead, co-ordinating teamwork.
The successful candidate must be an experienced Programme Director with a proven track record of leading and delivering large scale regulatory change programmes within Financial Services, ideally within the Financial Crime space for a global bank. A strong knowledge of Customer Due Diligence / KYC processes is essential. You must also have excellent stakeholder management skills for this role.
