Customer Services Team Leader

Our client, a leading Housing Association based in West London, are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Team Leader to improve the quality of service afforded to clients.

Leading a team of 8 inbound Advisors, you will be responsible for coaching and developing, monitoring KPI reports  holding regular reviews, appraisals and all disciplinary procedures. You will not only be responsible for, and targeted on, maintaining the exceptional level of service given to clients, but also pushed to focus on improving overall quality and driving improvements.

Due to the fast-paced nature of the Contact Centre, our client are looking for a candidate who is both dynamic and proactive, and has recent experience in leading a team of at least 5+ Customer Service Advisors.

Our client are looking for someone who is immediately available.
