I’m currently looking for Customer Support Agents to join my client’s fast-growing Operations team. In this role, you’ll focus on taking inbound calls and liaising with installation and fault technicians in the field. At the same time, you’ll be expected to transfer numbers from other communication providers to Virgin Media.
I’m looking for someone with a background in a contact centre environment and experience of problem solving. In addition, you’ll be able to demonstrate a strong customer focus alongside the ability to be a great communicator
