defacto.x is realizing projects in more than 65 countries. Therefore we need your support starting as soon as possible! We are running an international customer support centre for a highly desirable sports and lifestyle brand in 11 different languages and are currently searching for:
Your Tasks:
- Providing technical support for electronic devices for cardio training in Spanish, English and German
- Communicating with B2B and B2C contacts via email (90%), telephone and user forum moderation
- Translation of knowledge base content (FAQ) from English to Spanish or German
- Data base management and fulfilment services
Your Profile:
- Mother tongue or excellent skills (written and spoken) in Spanish (or German)
- very good skills (written and spoken) in English as this is the official project language
- very good skills (written and spoken) in German (or Spanish)
- Good communication skills
- Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good technical understanding - you can pick up new tools quickly
- Passion for sports and lifestyle
- Readiness for shift work as the project is covering international time-zones (shift I: 9.00-18.00 and shift II: 15.00-00.00), also on bank holidays and at the weekend
