The Central Appointment Booking team provide a key link between Multichannel and the branch network to book customer appointments. Due to unprecedented success and growth of the CABS team we are actively looking to increase the number of advisors within the contact centre in Leicester. We are now looking for people with a proven track record in customer service to join our team.
If you are interested in joining the CABS team you will need:
· Excellent customer service skills
· Be able to commit to flexibility across working hours
· Excellent listening skills along with an articulate and clear telephone manner
· A good level of numeracy and computer literacy
As a Central Appointment Booking Advisor your main responsibilities will involve:
· Being the primary contact for both new and existing Santander customers, promoting Santander Branches TD and identifying and securing appointments for the various current accounts, savings accounts and mortgage products.
· Handling calls and effectively using the system to manage inbound and outbound calls, whilst delivering an excellent quality of service.
· Demonstrating and applying knowledge of current group internal procedures and controls and being able to demonstrate compliance with required regulatory bodies.
· Comprehensive knowledge of Santander products to ensure that every opportunity is taken to retain business from customers.
· Taking ownership of queries and follow complaints/issues through where appropriate, to deliver a positive customer experience outcome
What we will be looking for in you:
You will need excellent listening and communication skills and a high level of motivation as well as previous experience in a customer facing role. You'll need to bring good team working skills and a high level of motivation. You’ll have a strong background in sales service and you will be comfortable with change and be able keep cool when the pressure is on.
