Description
The incumbent (s) will provide business and global advisory strategic planning and services for Derivatives 360 group within Global Collateral Services. Reporting directly to the Global Head of D360, the incumbent (s)will be responsible for envisioning, building and managing a profitable advisory services business providing consulting/advisory services to the highest level of the world's leading investment groups/portfolio managers, CIOs, CROs and CFOs. This role cuts across multiple businesses and involves an extraordinary understanding of the derivatives space- enterprise collateral management, derivatives trading and derivatives middle office services with in the highly regulated environment -- as well as requires significant advisory experience within the asset servicing, broker dealer and third party collateral services arena.
Qualifications
Undergraduate. Graduate Degree preferred. Min 20 years Financial Services Industry Experience with specialization in global markets, asset servicing, derivatives, and collateral management. Min 20 years managing and leading multi-locational teams. Proven experience managing global teams and leading global projects focusing on improving the end client experience. Min 20 years direct external client facing experience. Global Travel - 30-40% of role.
