Data Accuracy Specialist recruitment
The Data Accuracy Specialist will be responsible for the following;
To assist in developing and implementing the Data Accuracy strategy.
To monitor and report Data Quality, perform monthly reconciliation with the General Ledgers and review monthly System Reconciliation reports.
To investigate Data Quality or Reconciliation issues and ensure appropriate follow-up.

Key accountabilities
• Maintain Data Quality Rules and Data Standards for the BI Solution
• Monitor data quality throughout the data lifecycle
• Maintain and review the Full Data Quality Dashboard, the Executive Data Quality Dashboard and the Basel II Dashboard
• Investigate list of data items with Data Quality issues and ensure appropriate follow-up
• Perform ad hoc data profiling
• Perform monthly reconciliation
• Review monthly reconciliation report on system reconciliation
Escalate Data Quality and Reconciliation issues to the Data Accuracy Manager
• Responsible for managing and implementing robust processes aligned to short term business objectives
• Manage and minimise operational risks
• Establish and build relationships with stakeholders to support the provision of quality and timely information and analysis to inform business decisions
• Effectively work within and maintain internal networks for the purpose of optimising business results
• Support agreed change projects to deliver continuous improvement
Person Specification
You will have previous working knowledge of a similar role with excellent technical skills and an excellent eye for detail. An understanding of data flows, process mapping and finance would be beneficial.
