Data and Compensation Associate, Leading Bank recruitment

HIGH LEVEL ROLE
The Role
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible reporting and analysis of compensation metrics, human capital statistics and market data across all business lines. Specifically you will provide headcount reporting, compensation and promotion analysis, and market data research partnering with business unit clients, HR business partners and the CB team locally, regionally and globally.
The Successful Candidate
- Degree qualified with 3-5 years experience in a compensation or data analysis related role, preferably gained within financial services or a multinational business
- An independent and pro-active individual, you will liaise with senior leaders and work effectively within a fast-paced and matrixed network
- Analytical and detail-orientated mindset with strong data representation skills
- Highly proficient in Excel and Access applications, and PeopleSoft is an advantage
- Fluent English is essential
