Position Description:

Title: Data Collection Rep

GENERAL SUMMARY

This position is responsible for making business to business outbound calls to our prospect database to collect information on competitive assets.
Once required information has been received, based on the survey questions, they will update the information in our data base -ACE.

The required collection of data is indicated below:

o Validation Of Company Name
o Validation Of Address – Street Address, City, State, Zip Phone
o Contact Information – First Last Name, e-mail address and phone number.
o Average monthly postage
o Lease Exp. Date
o Competitive Model of equipment
o Rental/Lease/Purchased Equipment
o Term on Lease
o Verify use of any other competitor products

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Using ACE process to update prospect database based on verification with prospect
• Enter prospect opportunities into ACE
• Update campaign records with correct completion status
• Respond to all emails and voicemails in a professional,timely manner..
• Recommend process and system improvements.
• Adhere to the Neopost “Attendance and HR Guidelines”.
• Meet or exceed department and individual goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School graduate and a minimum of 3+ years related experience and/or training. Associates Degree or continued college coursework preferred.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure/policy manuals and other written instructions.
• Ability to develop Excel spreadsheets and Word correspondence as needed.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines while handling interruptions and working under pressure.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Able to present a professional image at all times, via email and telephone contact.
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational, time management and customer service skills.
• Advanced level skills with Oracle, Siebel, Internet Explorer, MS Word, and MS Excel (data entry speed of 45 wpm and accuracy is required) highly preferred.
