Data Entry -Quickbooks Job in Westminster 80020, Colorado US

3C (3C.com) is seeking multiple Data Entry/Bookkeeping Specialists for our growing company.

 

This Data Entry Professional position must be a cross-trained and multi-functioned position.  The responsibilities would range in variety and workload periodically.  Mathematical skills are a necessity.  This hire must possess exceptional data entry skills with 10-key capabilities being of the utmost importance.  The knowledge and ability to operate Microsoft Excel is needed.  Working experience with QuickBooks is strongly preferred.  Ideally a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once is needed.

 

This position will require the following duties and responsibilities but not be limited to:

·         Electronic Database

o   Receiving electronic files from client companies

o   Managing, recoding, sorting of scanned documents

o   Creating new document storage spaces

o   Maintaining consistency between all client companies

·         Customer Sales Database

o   Assisting with Change Orders

o   Assisting with posting of payments

o   Pushing jobs to QuickBooks

o   Assist with canceling jobs

o   Auditing to make sure numbers match with QuickBooks

·         Accounts Receivable

o   Receiving and posting deposits

o   Receiving and posting petty cash checks

o   Monitoring account balances

o   Costing the above back to client jobs

·         Accounts Payable

o   Receiving and posting overhead payables

o   Receiving and positing of job related payables

o   Cutting and mailing of weekly payables

o   Costing the above back to client jobs

o   Expense Reimbursements

·         Sales Payroll

o   Factoring commissions for salesmen (cap job)

o   Monitoring draw reports

o   Preparing approval reports for clients

o   Transitioning customers from active to inactive

o   Sales Draw payments

·         Miscellaneous

o   Preparing reports as requested by client

o   Occasional ACH payments
