The TRADOC G2 Intelligence Support Activity (TRISA) Operational Environment Laboratory (OE Lab) Data Manager serves as the primary data repository manager and technical authority on all aspects of data source identification and data management for the coordination, management and execution of a wide-range of research, data collection and analyses efforts supporting current operations and analysis at the TRISA OE Lab. The Data Manager will perform various tasks as part of the data development mission and serves as one of the TRISA experts for managing Human, Social, Cultural and Behavioral (HSCB) data across the range of current operational environments. The position requires working in a team environment as the lead of a data management team.

Responsibilities:
- Will lead the OEL data development team.
- Liaison, research and coordinate with potential sources of HSCB data to enable acquisition and reuse of HSCB data across academic, industry and military sources in support of OE Laboratory tasks.
- Liaison and interact with the TRAC CODDA data management team in support of HSCB and MS database management and development tasks.
- Use a variety of simulation database construction systems to produce complex HSCB databases that support a variety of constructive and immersive simulations.
- Generate and manage HSCB data and databases.
- Beta test new releases of data management and database generating software tools.
- Respond to user requests for customized database products in support of experimentation and analysis tasks and related MS purposes.
- Work cooperatively with other office staff and/or Project Managers to complete assigned tasks.
- Assist in data standards development for transformation of data into MS consumable formats.
- Ability to manage several projects concurrently.
- Travel may be required up to 40% of time.

Required Skills:-

BA/BS degree from an accredited College or University in computer science, operations research and systems analysis, or related field, with experience in the operation of data management software.
* Minimum requirements are 5+ years of database / data management experience
* Willingness to think innovatively, with creative and strong problem solving skills.
* Solid understanding of data management, data sharing and data transport technologies.
* Adaptable to rapid changes in position requirements and demanding time tables with a high attention to detail, with an ability to work independently.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effectively communicate with the OE Lab team, the TRADOC Analysis Center's (TRAC) Complex Operations Data Development Activity (CODDA) team, various model and simulation developers, and other departments and clients.
* Experience with database technologies used in decision support systems is required.
* Experience in use of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
* Must have a SECRET clearance and able to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.Preferred Skills:
* Experience in Army models and simulations (MS) a plus.
* Experience in GINA or Palentir, or similar data management system preferred.
* Military experience a plus.
