Data Team Leader
My client is a large Corporate Bank in London looking to recruit a team leader for their Data team. Candidate would have sufficient financial services experience and would have had lead a team.
The Team leader is to lead a team of 9 data entry administrators responsible for the manual data entry of regulatory financial data from a variety of electronic sources into a single data source.
Main Duties:
· Support the design of data entry processes / instructional documentation
· Support the development of a peer review system to ensure data quality standards are met
· Develop and manage reporting pack to update Senior Management on progress against target for the team
· Day-to-day line management and support of the team
· Support with data entry to meet targets as necessary
Key requirements:
· Must have team leader experience in a similar, high volume data entry environment
· Ideally within Financial Services (ideally regulatory) projects
