VMWare ESX Administrator - Virtualisation SME / Engineer / Architect
VMWare ESX Administrator required for our investment-banking client based in London to provide day to dayt production and development SME support for a large estate of ESX servers based in the EMEA. Candidates will also be required to be involved in architectural/strategic/project/application design consultancy to Front and Back office business units.
Candidates will require experience with the following technologies:
- Windows 2000/2003/2008 server operating systems administration
- Active Directory configuration and administration
- VMware (ESX)
- Windows 2003/2008 server operating systems
- Linux (Red Hat 5.x and Novell SLES 10)
- Netuitive
- HP Proliant hardware
- SAN/NAS connectivity
- Scripting knowledge (preferable)
Investment banking experience is required for the role, and only candidates with this experience will be considered.
