Job Title: DC 3rd Class Engineer
Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for a DC 3rd Class Engineer in Adelphi, MD.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Qualified candidate will carry out all tasks assigned by managers in efficient and timely manner. The engineer will operate and maintain all mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire systems. May clean and paint mechanical spaces and equipment. Should have experience with central plant/chillers, electrical systems, emergency power systems, energy mgmt, general repairs, package units, pneumatic controls, water treatment, and fire life safety.
Qualifications:
· Must have a DC Third Class Engineer's license and an EPA (608) Universal license
· Must have good working knowledge of HVAC machinery and basic electricity
