About the role
The business provide DC solutions to UK pensions schemes and due to auto-enrolment the firm urgently require a DC Consultant to manage and provide services to their DC clients. The role will initially focus on managing the internal Trust and advising on Pension Trust Governance. You will also be responsible for implementing tailored DC Solutions through auto-enrolment and eventually take responsibility for developing external client relationships. Given the nature of the auto-enrolment this role will, over time, develop into investment and institutional relations.
What we are looking for
It is imperative that applicants have detailed knowledge on how to manage a DC pension scheme and this includes administrative and communication requirements. This is in effect a standalone role and so you must be confident and have the gravitas required to deal with clients and manage key stakeholder relationships. In depth knowledge of the UK pensions market is imperative and knowledge of DC bundled market would be advantageous.
